FAQs

Q. How do I register with you?

A. We are strictly trade only. To register, you’ll need a valid UK VAT number. Once you’ve got that, you can apply to join our email database by clicking HERE. This also acts as your account setup, which will be activated when you place your first order.

Q. Is there a minimum order value?

A. Minimum order values vary from deal to deal and are always clearly shown on each stock offer email. In most cases, it’s one full pallet of a single product, depending on the offer.

Q. Where can I see your stock?

A. Our stock is offered directly to our registered customers by email as and when it becomes available.

We are a bulk wholesale distributor specialising in residual clearance and discounted pallet deals. Because of the nature of this market, our stock changes constantly and we don’t always know what’s coming in week to week.

We buy stock at the right price so we can pass genuine savings on to customers who are happy to buy full pallets at a discounted rate compared to standard wholesale pricing.

Q. Do you have a price list?

A. No, we don’t operate with a price list. Our stock changes too often and moves too quickly for that to be practical. Instead, all deals are emailed to registered customers on a first-come, first-served basis as they become available.

Q. How do I order from you?

A. Ordering is simple — just email or call us. We’ll then send you a pro-forma invoice. Once payment is received, we’ll arrange dispatch and confirm your delivery date.

Payment must be made within 24 hours of the invoice being issued unless we’ve agreed otherwise in advance. If payment isn’t received in time, the stock will be re-offered for sale, and your account may be closed.

Q. Is vat added onto your prices?

A. Yes. All prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the point of invoicing, as standard for trade suppliers.

Q. Do you deliver and is there a charge?

A. Yes, we deliver across the UK, usually within 2–3 working days for floor stock.

Delivery is free to Mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Some remote or non-mainland areas may incur a surcharge — just share your postcode and we’ll confirm at the time of ordering.

UK deliveries are Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm. We’ll confirm the delivery date in advance. Timed deliveries (AM/PM or one-hour slots) can be arranged for an additional charge — just ask.

We can also arrange international shipping for export customers, or you’re welcome to organise your own collection on an Ex Works basis.

Q. Can I collect from you?

A. We don’t offer a general collection service. Ex Works collection is available for international customers arranging their own transport. All other orders are delivered directly to you.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. Payment is by bank transfer. Credit accounts are available by request and are subject to credit checks and approval.

Q. Do you offer refunds/cancellations/returns?

A. No. As a B2B, trade-only wholesaler, all sales are final once an order has been placed, whether or not the goods have been dispatched. We price our stock competitively and, due to the nature of our business, we’re unable to accept cancellations, returns or refunds.

Q. Can you provide any documents for selling on online platforms?

A. We provide our own sales invoice with every purchase. However, we don’t have any involvement in where or how you choose to resell products. While our invoice may be sufficient for some platforms, we can’t guarantee it will be accepted as authorisation to list products on any specific marketplace.

Please note, we’re unable to supply any additional documentation. If you sell online, it’s your responsibility to check requirements with your chosen platform before ordering. As outlined above, we don’t offer returns, refunds or credits so please ensure you perform your due diligence prior to ordering.
